The most ancient traveller in the world is Love” – Swami Rama Kristin Spence is a Sydney-based global Yoga and Spiritual Teacher whose soul mission is to awaken the consciousness of humanity through the ancient lineage of Bhakti yoga. After completing her 200hr training with Power Living in 2016, she has since been a student of Janet Stone, Octavio Salvado, Sarah Owens and Mark Breadner. Kristin is deeply passionate about living yoga off the mat and dedicates her life to spiritual practice and teachings. Naturally drawn to Bhakti yoga, Kristin leads Kirtan and mantra in her own workshops, retreats and Satsungs, and performs at festivals around the world. Kristin finds great joy in empowering others in their practice. She has a passion for mindful movement, encouraging students to step out of the conditioned mind and practice from their intuitive heart. Incorporating ancient yogic philosophy, Pranayama, meditation and mantra, her classes are a deep dive into the full realm of Yoga and all it can offer in the remembering of who we really are.
