The 1 Giant Mind meditation technique is based on traditional yogic teachings made easily accessible for the modern mind. This technique is considered a foundational practice that compliments and enhances other meditation practices. No prior experience is necessary and is suitable for beginners to advanced meditators.
2008 was when Leigh’s interest in yoga shifted towards dedication. His love of the physical practice and passion for alignment drew him to study with teachers such as Noah Maze, Ross Rayburn, John Friend and Tara Judelle, while his creativity and fun-loving nature resonated with Les Leventhal’s Sequence Training and Shiva Rea’s Fluid Power Training with Simon Park. While working towards his 500hr RYT with Power Living and Tiffany Cruikshank he is also currently undertaking a 250 hour Traditional Yoga Studies course on yoga history and philosophy.
