1 Giant Mind 3-Day Learn Meditation Course – Bondi Beach Studio

The 1 Giant Mind meditation technique is based on traditional yogic teachings made easily accessible for the modern mind. Led by Jonni Pollard, head teacher and co-founder of 1 Giant Mind, this 3-day meditation course teaches a powerful, effective and easily learnt technique that you will be able to practice on your own and make a daily habit. In the 3 days you will learn:

  • The 1 Giant Mind Being Meditation technique
  • How to practice it on your own
  • How to understand your personal meditation experiences
  • The mechanics of stress and how meditation helps
  • Strategies for making meditation a daily habit

This technique is considered a foundational practice that compliments and enhances other meditation practices. No prior experience is necessary and is suitable for beginners to advanced meditators.



Studying and teaching for over 2 decades, today Jonni is based in New York City and travels the world, teaching meditation, running workshops and retreats, and acting as a personal and corporate consultant. In addition, he leads mass meditations and speaks at major cultural and lifestyle events.

The foundation of his teachings stems from the timeless Vedic tradition. The core of his teachings focus on embodying our deepest nature of love.
