Name: Sarah Tjing
Sarah’s unwavering passion for her yoga practice on and off the mat has granted her endless opportunities for self-observation, spiritual development and personal growth.
What draws Sarah to yoga the most is applying traditional philosophy to modern day life. She aspires to help people transcend the peace they find on the mat into their daily lives, to foster inner strength to explore boundless potential, and to unearth a pathway to live in purpose, on purpose.
Sarah’s helping students find their own connections to body, mind and soul – join her on the mat for a heartfelt practice!
Getting to know the crew:
What is your favourite Asana posture? Why?
Supta Baddha Konasana. It creates space to release and receive; to pause and be present – it’s my favourite way to end my classes & my practice.
Share with us a life turning point and the favourite lesson learnt?
When I became a Mum – I learnt that there’s a lesson in every moment, and the lessons are constant and endless!
I’m grateful for…
Time with my husband and my son, my health, and the privilege to guide students through their yoga journey.
