Sam began her journey into Yoga 20 years ago, when, as a lost traveller, she seek to find something that would ground her. Little did she know that Yoga would come to mean everything and be her greatest guide as she forged a successful personal styling + transformational coaching career. Combining some of the key principles of Yoga, life coaching and personal styling, Sam has cultivated a unique coaching program that has enabled her to travel the country and the world doing what she loves best; inspirational speaking, running workshops and practising yoga.
With over 10 years of transformational coaching in the sports, business and personal space, Sam is wildly passionate about nurturing and empowering individuality, creative thinking and love. In 2016 she decided it was time to take her scared Yoga + meditation practise to the next level by doing Power Living’s 200 hour teacher training and several mediation courses, and is excited to see where this next journey takes her.
As a busy Mother of 2, Entrepreneur, wife, sports player, soon to be author and Yoga teacher (to name a few ‘hats’), Sam is super aware of how easy it is to become overwhelmed in our modern world. She is spirited about helping others find more joy and less overwhelm – mind, body, soul + style, and can’t wait to share her wisdom with others.

What is your favourite Asana posture? Why?
Tree pose! I love the way I feel when I’m standing ground on one foot, arms extended toward the sun so that my heart is shining light out. I find myself coming into tree pose whenever I need to feel balanced. I also find it such an elegant, calming pose.
In one word how would you best friend describe you?
Do you have a hidden talent we would like to know about?
Ever since I was a small girl I’ve been able to learn a persons star sign and remember it for life… I’m not kidding. It’s how my brain categorise things. I may not remember your name, but if you tell me your star sign it’s locked in.
