Max began his journey into yoga five years ago, on arrival to Australia from Ireland. After taking his first Bikram yoga class, Max instantly fell in love with the practice and how it made him feel. He found that despite whatever stresses, worries and tensions he walked into the room with, he left feeling like a new man. It was like hitting the reset button!
For Max, yoga is more than just a physical workout – yoga connects us with the love and light within and from this place anything is possible!
A keen Vipassana meditator and also a qualified bio-energy practitioner, Max believes that when we access our deepest levels we can heal our lives.
Max’s classes blend a strong and energetic style with a kind and nurturing side. Designed to strengthen and stretch your body while creating a space for genuine self-reflection and connection to breath. Adding in a dose of philosophy, his hope is that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
