Name: Kristi Clark
Role: Senior Facilitator
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada Kristi grew up traveling the globe competing on the world stage as a Rhythmic Gymnast. She became a well know figure in athletics in Canada not only as an athlete but as the flexibility coach to the Canadian National Synchronized Swimming team. Kristi went on to live and study in New York City and gaining a degree in the Performing Arts.
Kristi first began her practice in 1999 and it since has involved through various styles and study under master teachers from around the world. In 2008 Kristi, became a certified Power Vinyasa yoga teacher under master teacher Baron Baptiste. From 2008 to 2011, Kristi was mentored under Baron Baptiste as the Baptiste Global Community Ambassador. Through Kristi’s experience of working and teaching with the Baptiste community she acquired a wealth of experience and knowledge in what it takes to create powerful and inspiring teachers.
Kristi has truly found her home at P.L.A.Y. in a community that not only inspires her to be her greatest self but also continues to teach and inspire her through the P.L.A.Y. teachings and methodologies. Kristi is passionate about continuing her own personal evolution and that is what she aims to share with her students. The practice is not about achieving external success, looking like a Yogi or what you know but having the awareness of oneself to share authentically and not wait for tomorrow to live the life you want to live.

My grandmother who died when my father was just one years old. She was a powerful, inspiring woman well before her time.
