Name: Jemimah Quiambao (Jem)
Initially yoga was just a hobby that Jem enjoyed part time but that changed when she traveled to India to complete a 200hr Sivananda training. Then a fire was lit inside which has spiraled into a continual journey of enhanced life lessons and wanting to share them. She’s since completed a 500hr certificate in Hatha and a 200hr Vinyasa both with Moksha Yoga in Canada, and a 100hr Yin course with Jo Phee.
Jem offers down to earth, heartfelt classes, focused on mindful movements, balancing strength and ease through the powerful guidance of breath, all in a loving space that welcomes all to explore their own unique possibilities.
