Name: Dwana Walsh
Raised a competitive athlete, Dwana first turned to yoga to supplement her high-intensity fitness routine and as an attempt to remain balanced in her previous role as a lawyer. She soon cultivated a daily practice and found that yoga fast became something that was much more than just a space for healing the physical body.
Training under Duncan Peak of Power Living, her classes are anatomically based around a strong flow, aiming to release aching bodies and overwhelmed minds. With a keen interest in corrective posture exercise, Dwana has since further trained in Pilates to expand her knowledge of the physical body. She has also undertaken NLP and kundalini yoga teacher training to gain additional tools for developing emotional resilience.
