Getting to know the crew:
In one word how would your best friend describe you?
What sound do you love?
Laughter! It reminds me not to take life too seriously….no one gets out alive.
What are you grateful for?
I am most grateful for my parents, for introducing me to yoga, all they have taught me and for supporting me. I am grateful for friends and sunshine, for mistakes and adventures, and for tea time and wine time and everything in between.
