Name: Drew Wilson
After running one too many marathons (one was all it took) and overwhelmed by the stresses of a busy corporate career, yoga initially provided Drew with an outlet to calm his mind and understand what a hamstring was. It rapidly consumed him, as he felt the benefits of the practice start to ripple out across all areas of his life. The intensity and dedication of Drew’s practice allowed him to reach a place of stillness that he had never even dreamed of existing and ever since he has endeavoured to help everyone around him discover that place within themselves.
Drew appreciates a compassionate and challenging class that allows students to step out of their comfort zones and step in to their hearts. He believes that we learn an incredible amount about ourselves when we practice facing discomfort with love. He’s not afraid to drop a terrible joke during class either.
