Name: Ben Taylor
Ben came to yoga after a lifetime of competitive sports and long hours at a desk to bring his body back into balance. As his body came back into balance he also found clarity of mind as he explored what was possible both on and off the mat. Ben completed his 200hr teaching training with Power Living in 2014 and is passionate about sharing this practice with as many people as possible. He has undertaken additional education and training with Duncan Peak, Adam Whiting, Patrick Beach and Carling Harps.
Ben teaches a dynamic vinyasa focused on fluid movement designed to safely challenge your body and spark curiosity in your mind.

Warrior 2, it’s a balance of effort in the lower body with ease and lightness in the upper body while looking forward to see what’s in front of you.

He gave me three, he said… curious, perceptive and resolute
When you are not extending, bending and sweating what do you like to do?
Playing/watching basketball, swimming, reading, dancing like a bandit, eating yummy food, taking long walks in no particular direction and hanging out with my close friends.
