Name: Ana Uribe
From a very young age Ana felt a deep resonance towards understanding the relationship we have with ourselves, each other and the environment we live in. Since then she has devoted explore how self exploration, yoga and effective community action can support the healing and evolution of our humanity. She is a qualified yoga teacher and registered trauma centre trauma sensitive yoga facilitator.
Ana is a believer that yoga is for everyone. She designs and facilitates classes, programs and retreats for people of all of sorts of backgrounds. youth justice, youth homelessness and young girls as well as yoga studios and centres nationally and internationally.
She is committed to creating safe and inclusive spaces for personal awakening with lightheartedness and compassion at the core. Intentional contemplation, breath and movement are the foundation of her work, sprinkled with mindfulness techniques, ancient wisdom, and contemporary sciences that she has experienced.
