Name: Tom Brotherstone
Tom started yoga whilst at university in Scotland as a means of dealing with depression. Since then he has been to India twice to complete his 500YTT and internship at Chandra Yoga International. He also practices and competes in Brazilian Jiu jitsu a martial art requiring functional strength, flexibility, mobility and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
It’s yoga and martial arts that provides the mindfulness to make us happier and more compassionate to others and ourselves.
