Name: Sam Wright
Sam has worked as Personal Trainer for several years, and always been passionate about both movement and the outdoors. Initially, I found the practice of yoga to compliment both my running and snowboarding, but something about how incredibly grounded I could feel after 60 minutes of Asana had me hooked. The practice turned from just being physically beneficial to transformational for my whole wellbeing. Yoga has challenged my perspective, enabling to address my fears and to fully embrace each moment, and to step into my power of how I show up in life.
In class, expect to feel grounded and challenged to explore your full potential both on and off the mat, and have a little fun at the same time.
I completed a 200HR TT in Toronto, Canada in 2011, and have since completed the OMI with Power Living, and most recently my Yin Training through PLAY as well.
