I began practicing yoga approximately five years ago- drawn to the practice for the benefits on the mind and body. I remember leaving my very first class feeling an energy I’d never felt before, tingling and like I’d tapped into something I knew I wanted to share with people. In 2017 I decided to complete my Teacher Training through Power Living to begin my path of becoming a Yoga Teacher to share the practice with others. I completed my RYT 200 in Vinyasa. In my classes you can expect a space to connect to breath and centre.


Getting to know the crew:

What is your favourite Asana posture? Why? Half Pigeon- Eka Pada Rajakonasana. I love the deep opening of the hips the posture gives and the grounding ability to melt down onto the mat.

What is your favourite colour? A mixture of Mustard, Tobacco and rusty tones. Anything autumnal toned.

When you are not extending, bending and sweating what do you like to do? Go on big long walks or attend Heavy Metal concerts, I love the atmosphere and grooving in a good mosh pit!
