Name: Rosie Jean
Drawn to the dance-like feel and post-yoga euphoria, Rosie quickly decided that yoga was her thing in 2016. At Power Living Fitzroy she discovered what it truly means to be part of a community which embraces you wholeheartedly, just as you are. She is continually inspired by the teachers around her which have supported her to keep learning, growing and evolving.
Rosie completed her 200hr YTT in May 2018 and has been teaching with passion ever since. Studying Psychology and working in mental health she is fascinated by the connection between the mind and body and sees the unique power of yoga to support people in their self-care journey.
