I always liked the idea of combining the spiritual with the physical through yoga, but it wasn’t until I moved to Australia and found Power Living that I really connected with the practice and community. It’s safe to say I’ve been an addict ever since.
Having completed 230 hours of training in Vinyasa + Yin with Power living and 25 hours of myofascial release training with Tiffany Cruickshank, when I teach I do my best to provide space for students to reconnect to the peace within and to hopefully walk out of class feeling a little lighter than when they walked in.

What is your favourite Asana posture? Why?
Ardha Chandrasana (half moon). I love the insisted union of balance, strength and length in this pose.
