Name: Ashlee Hunter
Ashlee grew up in Newcastle, either in the ocean or in the dance studio.
My love for contemporary, ballet and jazz led me to yoga at the age of 18 after multiple reoccurring dance injuries. Two years later I completed my 200hr YTT in Bali to further my practice and continue my yoga journey.
After school, I studied fashion design and business, where that took me to London for a year to work, whilst also backpacking around Europe.
I fell in love with travel, it opened my heart to so many different experiences and people, I could have gone forever. So I decided to book a one way ticket to Colombia. The adventure took me up through the San Blas Islands into Central America, over to Cuba and Jamaica before ending up in Mexico.
Family and fashion brought me back to Sydney. From dancing, fashion and travelling, yoga is the one thing that keeps me sane. With my GO GO GO lifestyle, being on the mat is my time to connect with my mind, body and spirit.
