My life has been about health, happiness and fitness. I was interested in yoga and the benefits so I attended some classes. I needed to know more to see if it was a regime I could integrate into my vast experience in the health industry. Could I be a person who could help other people with this knowledge. So I decided to find out. 200 hours later with Power Living I knew I wanted to do this and felt credible in being able to do so. I believe my strength will be to teach classes which will benefit everyone and even with different abilities in class provide a class to cover this.
What is your favourite Asana posture? Why?
Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana because it is challenging but has options.
If you could share a meal and a conversation with anyone, dead or alive, who would that be?
Jimmy Barnes as he has turned his life of abuse around to be a role model to family and fans.
