Join Power Living’s Master Facilitator, Duncan Peak, on a weeklong yin yoga training. This retreat will be a beautiful blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and Indian philosophies that will directly impact your personal practice and the lives of the students you teach.
ABOUT THE IMMERSION
No pre-requisite required, but a keen and sincere interest to learn is key. There will be remedial catch up sessions throughout the training if you do not have prior knowledge of anatomy.
The retreat forms part of the 500hr teacher training pathway. If you are a 200hr qualified yoga teacher the program will hone your teaching skills to become a masterful yin yoga facilitator.
Students who complete 100% attendance will be awarded 70hrs towards gaining an Advanced 300hr training certified by Yoga Alliance + 70hrs towards certification with Yoga Australia. Only 200hr qualified Teachers will gain the certification but any student can participate in the course.

The teacher of teachers, Duncan is committed to raising the bar on the level of yoga facilitation across the country. He’s a passionate yogi, soul surfer and spiritual warrior.
With 14+ years of teaching experience behind him, Dunx continues to share his modern-day yoga philosophy with the community. He has an anatomy background in NeuroSpinology, has completed extensive traditional yoga studies with Georg Feuerstein and practiced Raja Yoga for nearly 20 years. Smashing the traditional yoga stereotypes, it’s Duncan’s creative vision and courageous spirit that has shaped what Power Living is today: one of Australia’s largest and most successful yoga communities.
Truth is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a fully accredited and practicing acupuncturist. He has been living and breathing Yoga since he discovered it in 2001, always ensuring to live yoga off the mat as well as the practice on the mat. Through his education, his style has developed to ensure that students receive a physically complete practice developing strength and endurance, whilst also looking deeper into the individual and offering an opportunity to realise the true self through developing inner stillness.
