“Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.”
THIS RETREAT IS GOING TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE. Open to any level of student with a thirst for knowledge, join Duncan Peak as he takes you through a unique process of asking yourself BIG questions that will leave you crystal clear on your purpose on this planet and how to live into it. Through this process, you will closely examine the ancient yogic philosophy of the Purusharthas, the four aims of a human life: Dharma (nature, virtue), Artha (prosperity), Kama (pleasure), Moksha (liberty) and how this relates to your yoga practice and teaching.
In yoga philosophy, Dharma is understood to be our true nature, which is closely related to our true purpose and PURPOSE MOVES MOUNTAINS! Each day will consist of vinyasa and yin practices, advanced sequencing concepts, anatomy and physiology study through Asana Lab, philosophy lectures and class integration, meditations and pranayama (breath/energy work). Step into a week of relaxation, leave your daily worries behind and emerge ready to live your true purpose.
