ABOUT THE IMMERSION
Discover tools on how to structure a class in Sequence Lab – get clear on how to confidently navigate yourself and students through a flow and build to deeper asana variations with safety and intelligence. This module will have a specific focus around Yoga Philosophy with the asana practice.
Learn how to theme classes and mindfully weave in philosophical teachings.
Participate in Asana Lab and learn to read bodies in an informed and empowered way through understanding the anatomical complexities and differences present in us all.

Open to ANY student with a desire to understand intelligent class sequencing. Note that the content of this course is designed for 200hr certified teachers and will not cover basic anatomy or philosophy concepts. This training will help you develop the skills to become a transformational and inspiring yoga facilitator.

CERTIFICATION: 200hr RYT will be eligible to receive 50hrs toward their 500hr certification with Yoga Alliance and 50hrs toward their 350hr certificate with Yoga Australia.

Duncan is the founder of Power Living and over the last decade has successfully pioneered contemporary yoga styles to Australian shores and sets the highest standard in asana facilitation, teacher trainings and yoga retreat delivery in the country. An anatomy and philosophical geek at heart, Duncan wants to inspire and be inspired by his students. With a background in neurospinology, he has completed extensive traditional yoga studies with Georg Feuerstein, practiced Raja Yoga for nearly 20 years and taught at international yoga festivals all over the world.
