Teacher Training

yoga poseTeacher Training with Power Living

The pathway to becoming a Power Yoga teacher can take between two months to a year to complete in full, but is modularised to allow for students with fitness qualifications and those without any prior experience to both complete the training course.

Our contact training hours are intensive and will challenge students to handle high workloads in a practical teaching environment. Each course module of the training is described in greater detail below.

Our courses are also valuable to students who may not be interested in teaching, but want to immerse themselves to develop a greater understanding of this great practice.

The course is aimed at producing knowledgeable, authentic teachers who can teach at any venue and be powerful! We are committed to teaching Yoga in a way that is accessible to our modern society, demystified and practical for daily application and ultimately as a way of life.
