The tees are long lasting and great to wear, with a contoured & comfortable fit. They've added an extra inch to the bottom of the guys shirts so they don’t end up too short, like many 100% cotton shirts do over time.

In our fourth year of partnership with the HSBC Waratahs, Power Living has been providing training support to the team focusing on the areas of recovery, flexibility and general Yoga. It has been a great success with many of the lads also practicing regularly at the studio to compliment their demanding training schedules.
If you ever see a familiar 100kg plus fellah up the back of class sweating it out, chances are it's one of the team. It is inspiring to see them in there! Say hello, make them feel welcome and wish them the best for the season.

This is our first season with the lads but they have taken to the practice well and are very committed. You will also see these lads gracing our studios and getting down with the rest of us in the room. They are set for a massive season and a training hard, we wish them all the best and doing everything we can to give them that edge in training.
