In our fourth year of partnership with the HSBC Waratahs, Power Living has been providing training support to the team focusing on the areas of recovery, flexibility and general Yoga. It has been a great success with many of the lads also practicing regularly at the studio to compliment their demanding training schedules.
If you ever see a familiar 100kg plus fellah up the back of class sweating it out, chances are it's one of the team. It is inspiring to see them in there! Say hello, make them feel welcome and wish them the best for the season.

This is our second season with the lads but they have taken to the practice well and are very committed. You will also see these lads gracing our studios and getting down with the rest of us in the room. It's great to be working with such robust athletes. Body Aware Physiotherapy specialises in hands on treatment and exercise based therapy. Bodyaware Physiotherapy are also the team physio's for Manly Rugby Union, Manly United Football, Tonga Rugby Union, the Beachley Classic Surf Comp, Pro Golfers at the US Masters in Augusta 2009 and Phil Coles, one of the owners after finishing up with the Australian Soccerroo's at the Worlc Cup in South Africa, starts his new role as head physio for Liverpool FC in the UK.
