Power Healing is a wellness centre created for the soul purpose of healing. Our mission is to heal, protect, nurture, encourage, empower and enable you to grow every day. We are a dedicated group of individuals comprising of a Naturopath, Intuitives, Kineseologist, Ka Huna massage and Remedial Massage practitioners.

Amelia is the owner of Mu Wellness and Naturopath, established in Manly for over three years. A naturopath first and foremost, her nutrition and counselling skills will heal your soul and body. Bioimpedence – we can tell you how old you really are, how much fat and muscle (including quality) you have and/or need!
Live Blood Analysis – an immediate screening tool to see how healthy your liver, gastrointestinal tract and possible stores of iron and Vitamin B12. Hydration levels and inflammation markers can also be seen.
Iridology – you get your own photo to take home of your iris to help identify areas of strengths and weaknesses.

Amelia is also a fully qualified remedial massage therapist (private health fund rebates available), a Reiki master and studied metaphysics = beyond science, where she learnt to work with energy and utilises this gift in every treatment you'll have with her!
In her spare time Amelia enjoys teaching Power Yoga with private students on the north shore, so she understands how you feel in asana and meditation! With a deep love of swimming you might spot her bobbing up and down along the Manly shores or teaching private swimming lessons. She runs music theapy workshops for disabled adults and has a strong belief in the power of charity (5% of every consult goes towards The Black Dog Institute – helping healing depression and anxiety)

Camille Williams
Camille holds a Diploma in Holistic Kinesiology attained from The College of Complementary Medicine; she also works for the college as an Assessor, Supervisor and Mentor. Holistic Kinesiology uses a wide range of techniques to treat different issues. This may include structural techniques; diet and nutrition; acupressure; counselling and homeopathy to name a few. It combines western techniques and eastern wisdoms to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health.
The basic idea is that the brain monitors and controls the entire body through the nervous system. Because the nervous system also controls the state of the muscular system, a Kinesiologist is able to tell something about the body by measuring how the muscles are working from moment to moment.
