In response to COVID-19, we have moved our Adelaide community 100% online. All classes are now being streamed LIVE every day. So you can keep practicing in real time and stay connected with your teachers and yoga family.

To join any live class, meditation, or talk, simply book into the class via our timetable below or the MBO app, ideally 10 minutes before class. Then 5mins before class start time, we’ll email you a link to join us live. That’s it! Our team’s smiling faces will be there to welcome you in. You can choose to be visible and chat to your yogi friends too!

To support not just our physical health but our mental and spiritual health over this time we are adding heaps of additional online hosted events, meditations, talks and support. All of this is offered to our members for free. In addition, to make this sustainable for all of us, we are reducing all memberships down to $25 per week ($19 concession). Direct debit members will be automatically adjusted, and 6/12 month members will have equivalent time added. Casual classes are also available.

We really appreciate your support of our small business through this phase. We exist to be of service to you. This is the time we’ve all been practicing for. We will stay here with you and for you, and look forward to welcoming you home.
